Carry Hope Forum 2026

The Carry Hope Forum: Empowering Rare Voices brought together key stakeholders from across Singapore's rare disease community, creating a platform for meaningful discussions and interactive exchange.

At its heart, the forum explores the complex challenges faced by individuals and families living with rare diseases, while sharing insights, solutions, and perspectives that foster collaboration and drive more inclusive, equitable outcomes.

Carry Hope Walk & Run 2026

As a space for community, connection, and shared experiences, the Carry Hope Carnival is open to all.

It invites families, friends, and members of the public to come together in a welcoming environment to learn more about the rare disease community, while enjoying a meaningful and engaging day out.

No matter where you are, you can be part of Carry Hope 2026.

The Virtual Fundraising Challenge offers a flexible way to show your support throughout the month of May. Rally your community, and contribute towards raising awareness and support for individuals and families living with rare diseases.
