Rare Disorders

Rare disorders, including those of genetic origin, are life-threatening, chronically debilitating diseases which are of such low prevalence that special combined efforts are needed to address them.

We welcome individuals or parents with a child diagnosed with a rare disease to register with us. Please download the form from the link below, fill it up, and send it to the mailing address on the form or email the completed forms to us.

Please attach your (or your child’s) diagnosis report with the registration form when sending it to us.

Kindly note that RDSS only accepts people diagnosed with rare diseases to be our beneficiaries.
