The Carry Hope Forum: Empowering Rare Voices brought together key stakeholders from across Singapore's rare disease community, creating a platform for meaningful discussions and interactive exchange.
At its heart, the forum explores the complex challenges faced by individuals and families living with rare diseases, while sharing insights, solutions, and perspectives that foster collaboration and drive more inclusive, equitable outcomes.
