On Father’s Day, a group of 25 dedicated fathers came together for a special networking session. As we got to know each other’s journeys, it was heartening to see the fathers opening up about their experiences, challenges, and feelings of being a dad to children with more complex needs.

In this safe and supportive space, we laughed, shared, and bonded over activities like pool, karaoke, and darts. It was not just a gathering but a celebration of strength, resilience, and the power of community.

As the Chief Rare Advocate and facilitator, I saw firsthand the positive impact of such sessions. To all fathers out there, we invite you to join us next time. Let’s support each other, share our journeys, and create lasting memories together.
